Of course, the operation needs time, and I didn’t want to break the bag, so I added a ventilation pipe to the bag in front of her mouth. I played her breath by using the lid of the ventilation pipe during mummification: first with no tape at all, later with lots of tape on head leaving only half face visible, and lastly the face being fully covered too. The air chamber for her to breathe became smaller and smaller, and in the end there was nearly no air when I closed the lid. It was a tough breathplay and I could hear her sobbing during the shooting. Do you notice that?
